Karl Productions Solution: Create a script with a comedic touch and hire actors to deliver a "bus stop" dialogue that delivers a serious message.

Karl Productions Solution: On a pro bono basis, gather poignant testimonials from parents who have lost children and wrap their painful accounts in the campaign tagline, "Silence Kills."

 Karl Productions Solution: Develop script and feature Health Commissioner as chief spokesman to create a 30-second blend of footage, medical information and resources.
